Our travel agency and planner Sam and Bonnie did a fantastic job for me and my wife on our recent trip to Shanghai. During the planning process, Sam and Bonnie were very easy to work with. They listened to what we wanted to do in Shanghai based on this Shanghai day tour and made excellent recommendations for our itinerary. They were very quick to respond to questions and concerns. The final guide/itinerary they emailed was concise, informative, well laid out and easy to follow. It was always in my possession and I consulted it constantly.

We NEVER had a problem in Shanghai as the guides, drivers, and transfer reps were always on time, efficient, and friendly. We would have had difficulty doing some things, but they were always there to guide us through any potential difficulties.

This was a first class trip all the way! Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Shanghai. From the time my husband and I had the idea to visit Shanghai, to the end of our journey, we were exceptionally cared for and our trip surpassed all expectations. Jason worked with us to plan the trip, we gave him ideas of what we wanted to do, and he made it possible within our budget and timeline. The food at a local restaurant recommended by our guide Jason was delicious beyond description...the transportation arranged for us was always on time. Jason, our tour guide made us feel like we were in the movies...he was so well spoken and full of passion and history of the places we visited. We will most definitely do another tour of China and we'd use Shanghai Private Tour. Thanks to everyone for the trip of a lifetime.

Everything went exactly as they said it would; My tour guide blake pick us up at our hotel lobby on time, we toured the Bund, Shanghai Jewish Refugees Site, Peace Hotel and promptly took us to the airport free of charge. Will definitely use them again on my next trip to China...

Our Guide Nancy was excellent. Great english and Knowledgeable. Unfortunatley Shanghai City Tour did not coordinate travel times and lacked anticipation of the travel times. We communicated our time availability to see the Bund, Nanjing Road, We're not a museum enthusiast, but our guide makes it interesting. Thanks.

The day before yesterday was my last day in Shanghai with my wife. We ordered this tour through Shanghai Private Tour in the evening. They respond to emails very quickly and with a good attitude, the price is reasonable. Our guide, Bonnie, made our trip smooth going and loads of fun. Her knowledge of Shanghai made everything more interesting. We went to Nanjing Road and the Bund, which was very lively and exciting.When we were cruising along the Huangpu River, we saw many buildings full of East and West colors. I have recommended this trip to everyone I know and will be one I will never forget this magical city, especially at night.

Thanks for the tour service from Shanghai private tour, we confirmed the tour two days ago in spite of the weather was not so good, but we had an unforgettable day with our tour guide jenny, she was excellent. She answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. We visited the bund, Yuyuan Garden and strolling in Nanjing Road, Shanghai is a fantastic city. Highly recommended Shanghai Private Tour.
