Sam from Shanghai Private Tour was very helpful and diligent when we communicated to finalise our trip details. We were picked up from our hotel by private car. Our guide Johnny waited for us at the high speed train station.I had a lovely private day tour of Suzhou. He was very pleasant and shared lots of information about the history, traditions, and the life of people in these towns. His English was superb. Not to mention, I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Suzhou was a breathtaking places to visit. Its a far cry from the busy, and crowded Shanghai. Anyone who loves Venice, would in deed love and enjoy Suzhou. I would recommend anyone visiting Shanghai to do this tour (and the Gondola ride) !
