Make a Reservation for Your Trip.
When making a reservation for your selected Transportation service, Tour Guide service, or Shanghai tour package, please clik the "Inquiry" and submit us the details like date, how many people(Adult, child)... Your tour request will be replied with details by our experienced travel consultants within one working day. We will contact you and assist you in creating a tour plan that is based on your specific requirements and interests. Your travel consultant will work with you one on one until you are happy with your tour plan.

Confirmation:
After you confirmed with your itinerary and quotation, you will receive a formal confirmation email from [email protected].

Deposit:
20% of total payment as the deposit is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation. Details you will find in your conformation email.

Pay in cash upon arrival:
For some tours with small amount of money without any requirement of deposit, you can pay the tour fee in cash to our tour guide upon arrival . For the balance of your tour payment, you can also choose to pay in cash upon arrival.

Pay by PayPal
PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, you can creat your PayPal account by providing your credite card information. After log in to your PayPal account and choose USD and transfer to our PayPal account, then the payment is completed.

After the transfer, please inform us by fax of the copy of bank slip at +86 137 3541 1378 or by e-mail that you have finished sending the money to our account

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be done through fax, mail, Phone calls /verbal. The cancellation must be made at least two days before departure. 
You have up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time to call and cancel your tour with no penalty incurred. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled tour time a 50% cancellation penalty will apply. There are no refunds for cancellations within two hours of scheduled tour time. “No Shows”are non-refundable.

Tour price

The price on on our website is "FROM" which means more people cheaper price. All the tour prices are quoted in RMB. We keep the rights to revise the price time to time. But once your reservation is confirmed, the price can not be changed.
