6. Can I book a tour if we're just stopping in Shanghai on our cruise?
Yes, we can arrange the tour from Shanghai Port. You will be picked up from Shanghai cruise port and transferred back to the port after the tour. Please apply for a Chinese Tourist Visa before you come. As stated, without a proper visa the ship probably won’t let you off cause they know you’ll be back when you hit the customs booth because they will send you back to the ship.
7. Can just one person book a private tour?

So, consider your options and take the route that makes the most logistical sense for you and your family.
