You can send us your inquiry about the tour by email first, our travel consultant will reply to your inquiry with 12 hours. You will get a confirmation letter once we confirm the details for the tour. For the confirmation, we require 20% of total amount as deposit in advance.

Yes, our guide is based on bilingual speaking, Chinese and another language. Most of our guides are English Speaking guide and they can speak the fluent English and all of them obtain English Certificate. There is no communication barrier during the tour.
5. Do you have guides that speak other languages?

6. Can I book a tour if we're just stopping in Shanghai on our cruise?
Yes, we can arrange the tour from Shanghai Port. You will be picked up from Shanghai cruise port and transferred back to the port after the tour. Please apply for a Chinese Tourist Visa before you come. As stated, without a proper visa the ship probably won’t let you off cause they know you’ll be back when you hit the customs booth because they will send you back to the ship.
7. Can just one person book a private tour?
All our tour can be arranged for one person, you will have you personal tour guide and driver. So, consider your options and take the route that makes the most logistical sense for you and your family.
