No need. The visa-free transit time for staying in Shanghai, Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province has been extended from 72 hours to 144 hours, which means you can do Shanghai day tour or Shanghai multi-day tour without appling for a visa to China.

After confirmed all the tour details by email with us, we will send you the payment method. Normally, we require 20% of the total payment via PayPal, Wepay, Alipay or bank transfer in advance and the balance you can pay guide in cash when you start the tour.

The price will be the same as the work days for the normal weekends, except Chinese public holidays, local fairs or events. You can contact us via email or phone call to check the tour details before the booking.

As for the payment, we accept PayPal, Bank transfer, WeChat Pay and Alipay. Credit card is not available at the moment. If you don't have PayPal account, we can send you the PayPal payment link and you can pay it by your credit card, which is quite easy. Or you can pay our guide in cash once you meet your guide on the day.

There are no limits for most of our tours, but some tours are required at least 2 people. You can contact us before the booking to check all the tour details.

The pickup time is depends on which tour that you booking, each tour is different timing and duration. As for the hotel pick-up service of our group tours only covers some specific Shanghai downtown areas. Please check with us in advance to ensure the pick-up place. You can take metro, taxi to meet our group if you are not staying within our designated areas.

We will arrange the tour for the full day tour, and no meal arrangement for half day tours. As for the meals, you will have Chinese table lunch to share the food with other tourists.

All our Shanghai group tours includes specific Shanghai downtown hotels pickup & drop-off, professional English Speaking guide, Entrance fees listed in the itinerary and Chinese table lunch.

You have up to 24 hours piror to your scheduled tour time to call and cancel your tour with no penalty incurred. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time a 50% cancellation penalty will apply. There are no refunds for cancellations with 12 hours of scheduled tour time. "No shows" is non-refoundable.

It’s extremely difficult if not impossible to join a tour after it has begun. It is possible to leave a tour early however you will responsible for your own arrangements from the moment you decide to leave the tour. You would also be responsible for all costs associated with joining a tour late or leaving one early.

Our Shanghai group tours are based on the shops to visit, but not force it. Normally, we will arrange the Chinese Tea Ceremony, silk museum. Pearl Market… As the tea culture and silk culture are important parts of Chinese culture. You will learn more culture from this part as well.

Yes, we also have Shanghai group day tours to Suzhou to visit the famous gardens and charming water town. You will be picked up from Shanghai downtown area by our professional tour guide at the appointed time, and drive to Suzhou for sightseeing. It’s available daily.

We don't have Shanghai group tour to Hangzhou, but we do private tour in Hangzhou, because there are not as many foreigners as in Shanghai. If you have budget, you can visit Hangzhou from Shanghai by train, it takes 1 hour only. We also provide round way Shanghai hotel & train station transfers and train ticket booking service to make your Hangzhou trip easy.
