2. Is your Shanghai group tour available daily?
We have Shanghai group tours daily based on different routes. You can refer to our tour page to check. Our licensed English speaking tour guide stay with you the entire time and tells you the history and story behind each attraction or landmark. 3. How about the tour guide and vehicles for your Shanghai group tours?
We will arrange the well-trained and professional English speaking tour guides during the tour. As for the vehicles, we will arranged air-conditioned mini bus or coach, it depends on the actual group size. All our vehicles are clean and comfortable; Drivers have rich driving experience.
4. What is the process to confirm the booking? Do we need to pay deposit first?
After confirmed all the tour details by email with us, we will send you the payment method. Normally, we require 20% of the total payment via PayPal, Wepay, Alipay or bank transfer in advance and the balance you can pay guide in cash when you start the tour.
5. Is the price will the same as weekends and Chinese holidays?
The price will be the same as the work days for the normal weekends, except Chinese public holidays, local fairs or events. You can contact us via email or phone call to check the tour details before the booking.
6. What is the payment method that you accept? Is the Credit card available?
As for the payment, we accept PayPal, Bank transfer, WeChat Pay and Alipay. Credit card is not available at the moment. If you don't have PayPal account, we can send you the PayPal payment link and you can pay it by your credit card, which is quite easy. Or you can pay our guide in cash once you meet your guide on the day.
7. Is there any size limit for your bus tours in Shanghai
There are no limits for most of our tours, but some tours are required at least 2 people. You can contact us before the booking to check all the tour details.
8. When is your pick up and drop off time and where?
The pickup time is depends on which tour that you booking, each tour is different timing and duration. As for the hotel pick-up service of our group tours only covers some specific Shanghai downtown areas. Please check with us in advance to ensure the pick-up place. You can take metro, taxi to meet our group if you are not staying within our designated areas.
9. Is the meal included in group tour package?
We will arrange the tour for the full day tour, and no meal arrangement for half day tours. As for the meals, you will have Chinese table lunch to share the food with other tourists.
10. What's inluced in the group tours?
