Day 1 Australia-Beijing

Make your own flight arrangement from Australia to Beijing. Our guide and driver will meet you at the exit of Beijing airport once you arrive, transfer to your hotel in Beijing. The rest day is free on your own to explore Beijing city.

Day 2 Beijing

After breakfast,you will visit Forbidden City. Also known as the Palace Museum, this famed attraction is situated in the heart of Beijing. Dating back to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the former imperial palace was the primary residence of the 24 emperors who reigned over the country during specific time periods in history. 

Next, you will visit Jingshan Park, it is a beautiful loyal garden and facing the Forbidden City. And it is the highest poit of Beijing city where you can get a full and clear view of the Forbidden City.

In the afternoon,you will visit the Summer Palace. A marvel of Chinese garden design and one of Beijing's must-see attractions, the Summer Palace was the royal retreat for emperors fleeing the suffocating summer torpor of the old imperial city and, most recently, it was the retirement playground of Empress Dowager Cixi.

After the tour, drive you back to your hotel in Beijing. 

Day 3 Beijing

After breakfast, drive you to visit the Badaling Great Wall, it is a very important pass to protect Beijing City on the north side, with the name of "the Key to the North Gate of Beijing city and it's the well preserved section. And it is a must visit place when planning a Beijing travel itinerary, you should visit it at least once in your life.

In the afternoon, you will visit the Ming Tombs, is the burial place for the emperors Its a quite,serene place surrounded by mountains at the outskirts of Beijing. Its the place where all the emperor's from the ming dynasty are buried.It is actually a tomb cluster of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), including thirteen emperor's mausoleums, seven tombs for concubines and one grave for eunuchs. This cemetery is world famous because of the thirteen emperors buried here.

After the tour, drive you back to your hotel in Beijing.

Day 4 Beijing-Luoyang

After breakfast, our guide will take you to visit the Temple of Heaven, is one of China’s best tourism sites for anyone interested in ancient Chinese religious culture. It was where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties (from 1420 to 1900) worshiped the god of heaven and prayed for good harvests. It has been described as "a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design". Temple of Heaven.

After the tour, transfer to Beijing train station to catch your train to Luoyang. Our Luoyang local guide will meet you at the exit of train station and take you to your hotel in Luoyang.

Day 5 Luoyang

After breakfast, drive you to visit the Longmen Grottoes, it is one of the four Grottoes in China, listed with Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang, Yungang Grottoes in Datong. As a world of heritage, this Grottoes gives an impression to travelers not only the shock, but reminding of the wisdom of Chinese people. There are as many as 100,000 statues within the 1,400 caves. It is known as “an outstanding manifestation of human artistic creativity,” for its perfection of an art form, and for its encapsulation of the cultural sophistication of Tang China. 

In the afternoon, our guide will take you to visit the White Horse Temple with over 2000 years history.It was known as first ancient temple in China. It was first official temple since Buddhism came to China. There are well preserved three Buddha of Yuan Dynasty.

After the tour, drive you back to your hotel in Luoyang.

Day 6 Luoyang

After breakfast, drive you to Songshan at Dengfeng to visit the Shaolin Temple. As the most famous temple of Buddhist and martial arts, Shaolin Temple enjoys a high reputation in the world. It’s the place of origin of Chinese Buhhdism and martial arts.Every year, numerous enthusiasts of martial arts come and visit the temple. 

After the sightseeing, you will have a chance to watch the authentic Kongfu Show. There is an old saying that all kung fu are from Shaolin, so watch the Kung Fu show is the must-do for Shaolin Temple visit. During the 30 minutes, you can see various martial arts presented in the Wushu Hall (Martical Arts Hall)including the 18 Martial Arts and some featured animal types of fists like tiger, monkey, snake kung fu and so forth.

After the show, drive you back to your hotel in Luoyang.

Day 7 Luoyang-Xian

After breakfast, you will visit Luoyang Museum. The museum demonstrates the colorful culture of the ancient capital, Luoyang city. Over 1,000 exhibits ranging from prehistoric times to the Sui and Tang Dynasty periods are displayed there. Luoyang Museum houses a number of precious cultural relics of China.

Then, our guide will take you to Luoyang Old Street. At this spot, you can experience the lives of the locals, since the area retains its traditional atmosphere and style. From snack stores and craft shops to clothing stores and hardware stores, all the shops in this area are built in the styles of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. 

After the tour, transfer to Luoyang train station to catch your train to Xian. Our Xian local guide will meet you at the exit of Xian train station and take you to your hotel in Xian.

Day 8 Xian

After breakfast, our guide will take you to visit Terracotta Warriors. Chinese workers digging a well in 1974 made a startling discovery: thousands of life-size terracotta figures of an army prepared for battle. Now called the Terracotta Army or Terracotta Warriors, the figures are located in three pits near the city of Xi'an in China's Shaanxi province.

In the afternoon, you will visit famous Big Goose Pagoda. It's pne of famous ancient pagodas in China built for more than 1,300 years. It is the bright pearl on the Silk Road with excellent architectural beauty, precious Buddhist relics, rich religious culture, stories of the famous ancient monk - Xuan Zang, etc.

You will enjoy a show named "The Tang Dynasty Show", also known as " Music & Dance Dinner Show in Xian " is the pride of the city. Hosted at the "Tang Dynasty Palace", which is a leading entertainment theatre & dinner restaurant in China. This legendary venue offers visitors a unique opportunity to indulge themselves in exotic Chinese entertainment...

After the show, drive you back to your hotel.

Day 9 Xian

After breakfast, you will visit Xian Ancient City Wall. It is the most complete city wall that has survived China’s long history. It was built originally to protect the city in the old Tang dynasty and has now been completely restored.

Then, continue your Xian tour to Muslim Quarter. The main street through the Muslim Quarter is all about the food -- food that is both exotic and different than the typical fare in China. The streets in the area are clean and colorful with the whole area being very inviting for people to just walk down "main street" to see. It is said there are over 300 Muslim local snacks on the streets in Xian Muslim Quarter that attract a consistent flow of visitors everyday coming here to savor or just have a glimpse.

Drive back to your hotel.

Day 10 Xian-Beijing-Australia

Free on your won until transfer to Xian train station to catch your train to Beijing. When you arrive in Beijing, your driver will transfer you to the airport and you fly back to Australia.
